Let’s be real.

If you have reached this page, it’s likely you are having thoughts and feelings like -

  • Feeling sad that you don’t appear to have as much energy or fun like your friends

  • Hold images in your mind of what you think your life should look like, and when you try to imitate this, it just doesn’t work out how you thought it would

  • Or perhaps you are content in your current situation, but wondering to make your life extra rich and meaningful.

If this sounds like you, then this program may be for you, read on. 

What this program will do for you:

  • Raise awareness of the contributing factors of wellbeing.  

  • Teach you how to become self-aware and to help you identify areas that you can work towards to help regain balance and emotional wellbeing

  • Harness this knowledge through understanding the basics so you can start to take control and put positive actions in place to improve your health and wellbeing.  It’s important to note this means different things to different people.  There isn’t a one size fits all solution.

What this program isn’t: 

  • It’s not a quick ‘5 easy steps’ and you’ll feel great program.  Let’s be real, if it were so easy you wouldn’t be here reading this page today.  Right?

  • It’s not about retreating from the demands of life and sitting on a beach, or yoga retreat day in and day out (although these certainly can help contribute to wellbeing).  Let’s be real, there are few of us who simply can’t abandon their jobs and daily hassles.  We all need money, it would be great if we didn’t, wouldn’t it?  

  • I am not going to post pictures of me or others sitting on the beach, saying ‘look at how great life is, if I can do it you can do it too’.  If you have found this site, let’s be real, you’ve come to learn this isn’t a reality.  You want an understanding of the basics of some life principles and to take these tools and use them to positively evolve.  Small positive steps can lead to big change.​

Through the course we will provide you with the tools to apply in your daily routines, and to put to the test.  Some will work for you, some may not.  Remember everyone is different!!   Remember though, any change takes action.  I am sure at some stage you have heard things like, 'Simply getting a gym membership isn’t enough'.  Let’s be real, you need to put action and effort into the gym to see any change (and by the way the gym isn’t the be end and be all, I've just for illustrative purposes).

Ultimately, this program will aim to show you how to self-identify what factors may be feeding the feeling of discontent, and to transform these allowing you to be positively content.  It will help you identify your natural strengths and help you to focus your strengths to make positive change through action.  Through being content, this frees up your energy to focus on the actions to positively evolve.
