The team at Aria Wellbeing do not accept personal friendship requests from current or former clients on any of our personal social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). This is to ensure your privacy and confidentiality is maintained, and to respect the privacy of our team. From time to time we may publish material on our website or dedicated social networking pages which you are welcome to follow.
From time to time we may publish content on the Aria Wellbeing blog on our website, or social media accounts. Generally, Aria Positive Psychology & Wellbeing will not follow client social media pages. This is to ensure your privacy and confidentiality is maintained. For example, there is a risk at by casually viewing a clients’ online content outside of our coaching sessions can create confusion in regard to whether it’s being done as a part of your goals and action planning. In addition, viewing your online activities without your consent and without our explicit arrangement towards a specific purpose could potentially have a negative influence on our working relationship. If there are things from your online life that you wish to share with us, please bring them into our sessions where we can view and explore them together, during our coaching session.
Interacting by Social Media
Please do not use messaging on Social Networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn to contact us. These sites may not be secure and may compromise your privacy. In addition, the team may not be actively monitoring these pages and unable to respond in a timely manner. Do not use Wall postings, @replies, or other means of engaging with the team Aria Positive Psychology & Wellbeing. If you need to contact a team member, the best method is by telephone, by email, or via out website
